If You Previously Received a Notice From the Defendant Stating That You Were Identified As An Individual Impacted in a Data Incident, You Are Eligible to Receive Payments from a Class Action SettlementA Court has authorized this website. This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.<ul><li>The Parties in this matter have reached a proposed $650,000 class action Settlement and you may be eligible to receive a payment. To be eligible to make a Settlement Claim, you must be a person Dameron, or “Defendant,” identified as being among those individuals impacted by the Incident (defined below), including all who were sent a notice of the Incident.  </li><li>The Litigation arose from a cyberattack and resulting data breach perpetrated upon Dameron in which a third-party accessed certain of Dameron’s computer systems and data, allegedly resulting in access to PII, personally identifiable information, and PHI, protected health information, of Plaintiff and other individuals (“Incident”).  </li><li>Dameron denies any wrongdoing and denies that it has any liability but has agreed to settle the Litigation on a class-wide basis.</li></ul>Who is a Settlement Class Member?All Persons Dameron identified as being among those individuals impacted by the Incident, including all who were sent a notice of the Incident.Who is a California Subclass Member?All Persons residing in California who Dameron identified as being among those individuals impacted by the Incident, including all who were sent a notice of the Incident to a California address.
